How to Apply

Follow these steps to complete your application:

  1. Pay the Application Fee
    • Refer to the “How to Pay” section below for payment instructions.
  2. Prepare Scanned Copies of Required Documents Gather digital scans (e.g., PDF or image files) of the following:
    • Referee Form (download it and have your referee complete and sign it).
    • Certificate and Transcript of your Educational Qualifications.
    • Payment Slip for the Application Fee (generated after payment).
    • National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport.
  3. Submit Your Application
    • Access and apply via the Online Portal. Upload all required documents during submission.

How to Pay

  • Goto: pay.cmb.ac.lk
  • Fee Type: Application Fee -Post Graduate- FM/FS/FL/FGS/FMF
  • Your Name: Enter Your Name
  • NIC/Passport: Select your ID Type
  • NIC No: Enter your NIC/Passport Number
  • Payment Reference: Enter 310018300006| Click Verify, It should show as “Verified!”
  • Card Type: Select your Card Type
  • LKR/USD: Select LKR if you are a Sri Lankan student else USD
  • Paying Amount: Enter 5000 for Sri Lankan, 30 for foreign
  • Service Chargers and the Total amount will be calculated automatically.
  • Click Submit
